The BMW 8-Series was a 2-door coupe produced by the German company from 1989-1999. It was powered by a mix six- and eight-cylinder petrol and diesel engines mated to 4-speed automatic transmission, 5-speed automatic transmission, or a 6-speed manual transmission. A new 8-Series model is being rumored to enter the auto world in 2012. This model will take its design inspiration from the Concept Gran Coupe, but will carry the same engine setup as the 8-Series of yore. | | ||||||||||||||
